The Mission: A high-execution incubator designed to transition Apprentice Fellow Digital Business Trust Entrepreneurs into a portfolio of 50/50 Joint Venture Sovereign Native AI Digital Trust Business agencies. These agencies are engineered for $300k+ in annual income through multi-asset digital trust operations.
The "Servant Leader" Path:
Our inaugural cohort is hyper-focused on active-duty BIPOC women with 6+ years of service. We facilitate the shift from Active Duty to Servant Leader Entrepreneur Co-builders, blending military-grade discipline with enterprise-scale innovation.

Phase 2: Readiness Assessment. Complete the mandatory assessment (link received in your pending confirmation email).
Phase 3: Selection Board. Our team will review your operational maturity and 6+ year leadership record.
Phase 4: Commitment. Accepted Apprentice Fellows are sponsored. Approved Strategic Anchor Partners (Licensed Wealth Advisors) will receive a formal Letter of Engagement and fee schedule.

🛠 PREREQUISITES TO JOIN
Operational Maturity (Military): 6+ Years Active-Duty Reservist with proven Leadership (NCOOfficer).
Strategic Anchor Partner: Must be a Licensed Wealth Advisor committed to Pod leadership.
AI Habit (Preferred): Daily use of AI assistants for 3+ months.
Professional Commitment: * Military Fellows: Full-time professional commitment (Monday–Friday, 0800–1700) per SkillBridge duty requirements.
📅 THE SOVEREIGN RHYTHM
Daily (0800–1700): Operational Duty Hours (SkillBridge Fellows)
TBA (1000–1330 EST): Market & Monetize Lab — Mandatory (Includes 1-hr Well-Being opening).
Wednesday (0900 EST): Command Sync — Online group support.
Thursday (0800–1100 EST): Technical Launch — Mandatory 4-hour deployment (Includes 1-hr Well-Being opening).
Support: Squad Leaders are available 6 days/week for 1-
on-1 technical and operational support.
The 6-Week Required Roadmap (Cohort 1)
Week 1: AI Operations. Configure Gemini Pro and establish your Cloud Command Center.
Week 2: Infrastructure. AI-assisted provisioning—setting up your "Digital Base" and Corporate HQ.
Week 3: Technical Launch. Deploy your first Docker Model Runner and launch a live Google Blockchain Node Engine.
Week 4: Compliance & Multi-Asset Digital Trust. Establish your Agency’s Operating Constitution and master the compliance frameworks required for Sovereign Trust operations.
Week 5: Security. Establish the "Wealth Shield" with institutional-grade custody and Digital Vaults.
Week 6: Venture. Final JV Selection Board and Transition to Co-Leader Managing Trust Entrepreneur status.

To maintain the elite operational standard of the Sovereign Pods, we offer two pathways for our May 21st launch:
1. Apprentice Fellow (Military Scholarship Track)
Eligibility: Active-Duty, Reservists, or Veterans with 6+ years of service and proven leadership (NCO/Officer).
Cost: $0.00 (Fully Sponsored). Includes full curriculum, AI study stack, and eligibility for 50/50 Joint Venture partnership.
2. Strategic Anchor Partner (Licensed Wealth Advisor Track)
Eligibility: Must hold current Professional Licensure (Series 65, 66, CFP, or equivalent) and commit to Pod leadership.
Cost: Terms disclosed upon successful Selection Board review.
