Careers and Projects with Michael Aird

​Michael Aird is an associate director of the RAND Center on AI, Security, and Technology. He is also a member of RAND Europe's Science and Emerging Technology team and an affiliate of the Centre for the Governance of AI. His prior roles included Research Scholar at the University of Oxford's Future of Humanity Institute and co-founder and co-director of the Institute for AI Policy and Strategy.

Michael will be giving a talk on planning your career while maximizing your impact, growth, and personal fit. His talks have helped hundreds of people in their transitions to AI safety work and other impactful careers.
