​We reviewed the Phase 1 mortgage lead qualification MVP we built with IronClaw for Pooja.

​Phase 1 included lead intake, preliminary DTI, lead prioritization, next-action recommendations, broker review, and an audit trail.

​We’re still building toward a live demo for Pooja on August 29.

​🛠️ This Week

​We’re officially starting Phase 2.

​We’ll begin with Phase 2A — Backend + Security Foundation, including:

• ​Moving from browser storage to a real database

• ​Authentication and broker access controls

• ​Row Level Security

• ​Server-side validation

• ​Audit persistence

• ​Secrets and rate limiting

• ​Preparing the app for future integrations like WhatsApp

​From there, Phase 2 will expand into WhatsApp lead intake, IronClaw agent workflows, lead generation, and enrichment.

​Pooja is a mortgage broker who helps people work toward their homeownership goals. With access to a wide network of lenders, she helps clients explore competitive rates and loan programs that fit their needs.

​Together, we’re learning more about the challenges she sees in the industry and building practical AI-powered solutions around them.
