Reset & Rise: Group Sound Event

​Spring has officially sprung! It's time to "Reset & Rise". Let's come out of our winter hibernation like the Spring flowers rising up from the frozen ground.

​Let's tune into that energy using some grounding tranquil sound therapy. Join me as I play a series of harmonic instruments to allow us the time and space to wake from our hibernation feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, ready for the warmer days ahead.

​We now have zero-gravity chairs allowing you the comfort & ease for the sound to surround you without being on the hard floor.

​We also have yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and bolsters, but feel free to bring your own nesting materials too. The cushier you are the better. Closed water bottles are handy too.
