IRL Ecocycle walk in La Fôret de Soignes 🍂🌳

​♾️ Ecocycle mapping, or as we will do, ecocycle walking surrounded by nature, helps you view your life as a living system moving several times through cycles of birth, maturity, creative destruction, and renewal. 🌳

The tool helps reveal where energy is flowing or stuck, guiding decisions about what to sustain, release, or regenerate. By aligning with these natural patterns, you tap into your own natural forces of resilience, adaptability, and continuous renewal.

📝 Bring a small notebook and a pen in case you want to write down some insights.

🥾 Wear waterproof hiking shoes - the forest can be muddy. And bring some rain gear.

📍 We meet at the metro station Hermann Debroux at 13:00. Take metro 5 at Central Station = 20min ride.

⏰ Our walk will take 2,5 - 3 hours. We make a loop back to the metro.

☕️ We will also pass by Le Rouge Cloître where we can have a warm drink at the end of our walk for those who want.
