Kat McCrory is a Richmond-based artist and Yoga instructor who's passionate on empowering people and creating community. Her work invites curiosity, play, and self-agency, through it encouraging people to participate, take ownership, reconnect, and become active creators of their own lives. She founded TAOU in 2022 with Katie Bosch and is a Lululemon ambassador.
