​Nova Cottage Co. creates a low-cost, rapidly deployable, safe, beautiful, and permanent home by merging innovative construction methods with sustainable technology. We then guide our partners and customers through every step of the build process.

​This event is located at our full-scale model home. The design showcases our cozy home’s uniquely efficient layout and features our concrete-free foundation and prefab panelized structure.

​Whether you are stepping into the Cozy Cottage for the first time or returning as a familiar face, company cofounders Caroline and Karin are eager to welcome you.

​What to expect

• ​Come and go anytime - there is no set agenda

• ​Bring anyone you'd like (including pets and kids)! Just let us know how many others are expected to join you so we can accommodate.

• ​Light morning refreshments like coffee, tea, pastries, and fruit.

• ​Ask us anything! Come prepared with questions, or just come to learn more.

• ​Please be aware there is no toilet on site as this is our model home.
