Framework of Fear: Develop Your Horror Novel with Sudowrite Chat (Day 5 of 5)

How do you turn a strong horror foundation into a complete story that keeps escalating?

In the final session of Framework of Fear, we’ll bring concept, theme, characters, and worldbuilding together in a working structure. We’ll examine the conflicts that sustain the story, the changing understanding of the threat, and the major turning points that make later events more difficult, costly, and irreversible.

Using Sudowrite Chat, we’ll brainstorm and evaluate story milestones before turning them into the foundation of a working outline. The goal is not to lock the novel into a rigid formula, but to create a clear path from the opening disturbance to the final confrontation and aftermath.

By the end of the session, you’ll have an escalation path and working outline you can begin drafting from.

Framework of Fear is a five-part live series in which we’ll build a horror Story Bible with Sudowrite Chat. Each session develops one connected part of the novel—from the creative foundation and characters to the world and story structure—so that by the end of the series, you have a cohesive foundation you can begin drafting from.
