From Demo to Production: Building Reliable AI Agents | Hands-On Workshop
Your agent works. Until it doesn't.
The demo looked great. The prototype passed every test. Then it hit real users and everything fell apart. Wrong answers. Hallucinated tool calls. Edge cases nobody anticipated. This isn't a skill gap. It's an infrastructure gap. Almost every team shipping AI agents runs into it.
This workshop exists to address it.
In three hours, you'll take a raw AI agent through simulation, evaluation, and optimization, using Workato's Agent Studio to build and harden it for production. You’ll leave with an agent you can use daily and concepts you can apply in your work.
What You'll Build: Three stages: generate hundreds of adversarial test conversations, run structured evals measuring accuracy, hallucination, and tool-calling correctness, then turn the results into targeted fixes. No slide-heavy theory, you'll spend the night actually building.
Who This Is For: Engineers, product managers, and technical leads with 3+ years of experience. Whether you're already shipping agents or getting serious about it, this applies directly to your stack.
What to Bring Laptop with Python 3.10+ installed. Workato access provided on the day.

The Tools
You'll build your agent in Workato's Agent Studio, then run the full reliability loop — simulation, evaluation, optimization, observability, and guardrails. You'll leave with the code, the tools already configured on your machine, and a workflow you can take to any agent stack.
Workato is the Enterprise MCP company, providing the connective layer that gives AI agents secure, governed access to enterprise systems and data.
