Stop Pitching, Start Guiding | Free Live Sales Training, Part 1 of 3
Description
Imagine you run a good discovery call. The buyer is engaged, you hang up feeling good about it, and then the email comes: "Let me think about it." Too often, that's the last you hear.
I spent 15 years leading sales teams, and I learned most of this the hard way. When a buyer goes quiet, our instinct is to push, with another follow-up, a deadline, maybe a discount. It backfires, because pressure makes a nervous buyer more nervous. What works is helping them make the decision.
That's what we'll work on in this session: what's really behind "let me think about it," and how to guide a buyer to a decision without pushing. I'll teach for about 25 minutes, and then we'll take 10 minutes of live Q&A, so bring a deal that's stuck right now and we'll work on it together.
This is Part 1 of a free three-part series. Each session has its own sign-up, so register for each date you want to attend: Session 2 on November 19 SESSION 2 LINK and Session 3 on December 10 SESSION 3 LINK.
