ENERGY FOR AI X AI FOR ENERGY
The UK has the most expensive industrial electricity in the developed world, and AI has an energy problem.
Cheap, abundant, resilient power is now the binding constraint on artificial intelligence. Not chips, not capital. Energy. It decides where data centres get built, which countries get to host frontier AI, and whether Britain competes or falls behind. It is the defining infrastructure question of the next decade.
This is an evening about the energy layer of the AI stack: how we build power fast enough to run the intelligence we are betting the economy on, and how AI is used to deploy that power in the first place.
Join around 100 founders, engineers, investors and operators working at the intersection of AI and energy, at SOLR AI HQ, 41 Luke Street, Shoreditch.
The evening:
Doors, drinks and networking from 18:00
Panel, two themes: the energy layer of the AI stack, and AI for the energy transition, speakers announced soon
A live demo of SOLR AI's tools, built at the intersection of this problem space
Networking until 21:00
A champagne toast, because it is also SOLR AI's 4th birthday!
This is an invite-only, approval-only evening. We are keeping the room small and the conversation real. Request a place and we will be in touch.
Hosted at SOLR AI HQ, 41 Luke Street, Shoreditch.
