Systems Shift: Infrastructure for a Flourishing Future
A guided workshop and community gathering for people working across systems thinking, flourishing research, regenerative design, distributed coordination, peer-to-peer systems, capital transition into new paradigms, federated trust structures, and new approaches to how communities and societies can organize, interconnect, and thrive.
Following a strong workshop activation in Austin earlier this week, Oliver and Jackie are convening a special gathering in San Francisco on Floor 14 of Frontier Tower. This will likely be the final workshop before Oliver’s departure from the city, and an opportunity to meet, go deeper into the work of Gaia Commons and the broader infrastructure being developed for systems change. This is not only a talk, but a space to explore together through small-group dialogue, shared inquiry, and collaborative sense-making, with the aim of surfacing meaningful new connections and opportunities for collaboration.
Oliver is founder of the Open Systems Foundation and a European systems architect working across legal, organizational, financial, and systemic capital design. Jackie is an international ecosystem weaver and strategic advisor connecting regenerative, social impact, and aligned capital networks globally.
Together, we will explore practical pathways toward a more flourishing and regenerative world through commons infrastructure, catalytic finance, distributed governance, interoperable systems, and ventures already beginning to take shape. The session will include workshop dialogue, collaborative exploration, and open exchange designed to draw out the intelligence, experience, and active work already present in the room.
This gathering is an invitation to think together, connect with members of the San Francisco community working at the level of systems change, and explore how the structures we build can better support the transition toward a flourishing world.
