AI is growing fast. How do our companies adapt and excel? How do our employees skill up and thrive? How do we fill the new AI jobs? Few of us are prepared for what is about to happen because the changes are still emerging. But can we afford to wait? California is already leading the world in innovation, but can it lead the nation in adapting to the change in work that it is creating?
