​Upside Club is a private community of the most ambitious founders and CEOs in Portugal. We exist to help founders connect, grow, and succeed together.

This lunch is held in a specific format: a private room and each person speaks at a time, with a set of break the ice questions everyone needs to answer. We've organized 11 private lunches so far. This will be the 12th!

The invited founders belong to a new generation that doesn’t believe that the “secret is the soul of the business” but the opposite. They all see sharing their learnings, experiences, and vulnerabilities in the open as a growth mechanism.

You can expect a wide range of stages in terms of entrepreneurial experience or company size. The vision is that someone who’s just starting can learn something from someone who runs a €10M+ business and vice-versa.
