“Searching 寻找” — A Warm Evening of Chinese Art Songs in Snow
Winter is searching for the sun.
"Searching" is an evening of music, language, and memory.
Soprano Adriana Da joins pianist Adella Li in exploring the many shades of Chinese art song — from classical lyricism to new works by contemporary composer Jingren Sun, whose music shimmers like snowlight and spring petals.
From the past, we move toward the future.
Every song is a search, and every search is a return — to the mother tongue, to the heart’s quiet center, to that moment where music meets silence.
This concert invites listeners to pause, to breathe, to discover the magic of the Chinese language, and to rediscover the beauty of language — a faint glow of the human heart in a melancholic winter night.

On my body, stars are in exile,
and winter keeps chasing after me.
Each day I comb my dark hair,
sometimes the comb looks like a knife
We speak the same language,
yet your words spiral upward like a staircase without end,
and when I look up I drown, in melting snow
When the moon turns full,
I sing before strangers
Winter will come at once.
Whoever praises victory,
let them
But whoever swallows my blue song,
is my kin

《Searching 寻找》是一场关于音乐、语言与记忆的旅程。
女高音笪艺婷 Adriana Da 与钢琴家李成Adella Li 携手演绎中国艺术歌曲的多重面貌——从古典的抒情诗篇，到当代作曲家孙敬仁 Jingren Sun 创作的独奏与新作。
音符如雪的银光，闪烁。我们从过去，去往未来。每一首歌，都在寻找；每一次寻找，都是回归——回到母语，回到心尖，回到音乐与静默交汇的瞬间。
这场音乐会邀请听者停下脚步、深深呼吸。
在这时而令人感到忧愁的冬夜，我想重新发现中文语言的美丽、语言之美丽，与人心的微光。

我的身体是星星的流放地
但寒冬追着我跑
每个白日我梳理我黑夜颜色的头发
梳子有时候看起来像一把刀
我们说着同一种语言
但你的话语像一条无限向上盘旋的阶梯
而我抬头也被雪水淹掉
月亮变圆的时候
我在异乡人面前唱歌
冬天即刻便会来临
如果谁要赞美胜利
就赞美吧
而谁愿意咽下我蓝色的歌声
谁就是我的同胞
