Attendance at this event is free. A ticket fee is collected at the time of registration to reserve your spot.

Refunds are issued only to attendees who check in and attend the event.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
2) How Refunds Are Processed
All eligible refunds are processed through the Luma platform (the ticketing/registration provider used for this event).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in accordance with Luma’s payment processing procedures.
3) Timing
Refunds are typically initiated after the event once attendance is verified.
The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer and Luma’s processing timelines.
4) Important Notes
We do not issue refunds directly; refunds are handled exclusively via Luma.
