Irene Boni:
Irene Boni is the Chief Executive Officer of Unhate Foundation, dedicated to people under 30, and an independent board member of Edizione S.p.A. (the Benetton family holding company), Safilo Group S.p.A., AMF Group, and Ago Modena Fabbriche Culturali. She is also a startup investor and advisor on growth and digital transformation.

She brings over a decade of top-management experience, having served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at the e-commerce company YOOX NET-A-PORTER and as Chief Executive Officer of Talent Garden, Europe’s largest professional training group in digital skills.

She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna and an MBA from Columbia University in New York. She began her career at Procter & Gamble and McKins

Francesco Armillei:
Francesco Armillei is a PhD Candidate in Economics at Bocconi University and a member of the think tank Tortuga, where he previously served as president.

He has previously worked as a research assistant at the London School of Economics and at the Rodolfo Debenedetti Foundation.

His main research interests include labor economics and public economics.
