This immersive, placemaking walk invites participants to explore the realities of coastal living in one of Goa’s most intensively visited tourism corridors, through learning from communities and place.
Set along the vibrant shoreline of Candolim, this session examines how coastal commons, public access, livelihoods, safety, and ecological systems are shaped by tourism pressures, real estate development, and infrastructure demands. Participants will engage with residents and practitioners to understand how communities negotiate growth, conservation, and everyday wellbeing.
