A repeatable method for building any AI agent, so your next one (sourcing, screening, intake) takes you twenty minutes instead of a workshop
A clear next step to connect your Chief of Staff to a logging layer, so it tracks your open loops in a document or in Notion instead of disappearing when you close the tab
What you need:
Bring the AI tool you already use. ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot. This works on the free tier of all of them, so nobody is locked out.
If you are on a paid plan, you will save your Chief of Staff as a reusable project or custom agent. If you are on the free tier, you will run it as a saved prompt you keep and reuse. Both work. We cover the difference live.
Pre-work (required):
I will send you a Chief of Staff Pre-Interview Brief before we meet. Complete it ahead of time. It takes about twenty minutes, and it is the raw material we turn into your agent live. Treat it like onboarding a real chief of staff on day one: the more honestly you answer, the better the hire.
Come with it done. If it is blank, you will spend the hour writing it instead of building.
