About Event

Every candidate who gets ghosted after an interview becomes a storyteller. And not the kind of storyteller you want representing your employer brand.

As companies race to automate recruiting with AI, many are quietly damaging their candidate experience through the simplest failure: no closure, no feedback, no humanity.

Join us for a conversation about what gets lost when recruiting becomes purely transactional, and what it takes to build a process that turns even rejected candidates into advocates.

We'll dig into:

  • Why candidate experience isn't a "nice to have," it's a self-fulfilling referral engine (or the lack of one)

  • The difference between a relationship-based process and a transactional one, and how candidates feel that difference immediately

  • Where AI genuinely helps (flooding the top of the funnel) and where it can't carry the weight (the final conversation, the nuanced feedback, saying no with respect)

  • How to treat recruiting like a product: designed with care, strategy, and clarity, especially at the executive level

Whether you're building out a TA function, leading executive search, or just tired of watching good candidates walk away with a bad story to tell, this session is for you.
