Your ABCs of Revenue. We'll walk through the framework behind how founders at this stage actually grow, then you'll build yours. Backed by data from 70+ businesses that went from $0 to $250k without outside funding.
Your 90-day experiments. We'll map out the growth experiments you'll run in the 90 days after the retreat.
What you leave with: A sharp pitch, a mapped sales funnel, and a 90-day plan ready to execute.

Who's running this:
Matt Gira helps founders build revenue-first businesses to $250k without venture capital. He leads Bamboo Grand Rapids, a new entrepreneurship center in Downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. Before that, he spent five years leading student entrepreneurship at the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale.
Matt also co-founded Fathom, an underwater drone company that raised over $190,000 on Kickstarter, participated in Techstars, and pitched to Daymond John on Shark Tank.
