Elena operates at the intersection of AI, longevity, hedge funds, and venture capital — building pre-IPO leadership teams and advising founders and boards on strategic talent decisions.
She began her career on Wall Street and was one of the first AI-focused recruiters back in 2014. Most recently, she helped build the executive team at BioAge Labs and served as Head of Investor Relations during its $200M NASDAQ debut.
Harvard Business School graduate, currently studying at INSEAD. Based in Miami.
