​Moving On Up to Year 7? Join our online group!

​Are you in Year 6 and feeling excited, or maybe a little nervous, about starting Year 7 in September 2026? You’re not alone! Come and join our Moving On Up group, where you can share your thoughts, chat with others, and get support as you prepare for this big step.

​Our friendly Family Practitioners will be there to answer your questions and offer practical tips to make the move to a new, larger school easier. We’ll talk about everything from finding your way around to settling into new routines, and you can chat with other young people who are going through the same thing.

​Please note this session is just for children.

​When do we meet?

​We meet once a month on Wednesdays.
