About Event

You’ve been to therapy, you can recognize your attachment patterns and understand where they came from, but when conflict arises, or the uncertainty creeps in as you're waiting for the text, you still can’t feel or respond the way you’d like to. Your body keeps going back to a familiar pattern of activation that you can’t seem to shift out of.

Our bodies hold onto the activation and reactive patterns that keep us stuck, but they also hold the key to being able to feel and respond differently.

Somatic practice gives us a way to rewire how we relate in love and connection, not just understand it.

This is a monthly practice lab where you'll reflect on who you want to be in romantic connection, and learn embodied practices that help you:

•Feel more grounded when you get activated by a partner or someone you’re dating •Connect to the clarity in your body when you’re unsure what you want •Set boundaries and communicate your desires with more confidence •Rewire the patterns that keep you stuck in connection

This Month's Theme: finding your ground when your body gets activated by uncertainty in romantic connection

This is for you: if you’re a woman who is working on how you show up in romantic connection, whether you’re in the early stages of dating or in a relationship.

What to Expect:
✨ Check-in & grounding practice
✨ Somatic practice related to the monthly theme
✨ Reflection & debrief

No prior experience is needed. There will be space to share in a small group, and you’re always welcome to share only what feels right for you. Each month stands on its own, so come once or come every month!
