Real Social Connections
โ๐ฟ Description
โBeyond small talk, social scripts, and the pressure to be a certain way.
โA half-day exploration of movement, playfulness, authentic relating, and meaningful conversation in a trauma-informed space.
โ๐ฟ About This Gathering
โMeaningful connection rarely happens by accident. It tends to emerge when we feel safe enough to slow down, be ourselves, and meet one another with curiosity.
โThis gathering is an invitation to explore what helps genuine connection emerge - not by performing, saying the "right" thing, or following a script, but by creating the conditions where we can be more present, playful, and authentic with ourselves and others.
โAt the heart of this gathering is a simple idea: one of the deepest doorways into connection is being seen - not just the polished parts of ourselves, but also the parts we might usually hide or hold back. And being truly seen becomes possible when we feel safe enough to let ourselves be expressed. That's what we'll create space for together. Through movement, somatic awareness, playful exercises, guided conversations, and experiences of being witnessed, we'll experiment with different ways of expressing ourselves and discover what becomes possible in connection when we feel enough safety to be more fully ourselves.
โThis is an evolving exploration of connection, community, and play. I'm excited to create a deeper experience together and to see what becomes possible when we give ourselves more space to be ourselves and meet one another more fully.
โMy hope is that you'll leave with a deeper sense of connection to yourself and others, and maybe even with a new friend or two.

โ๐ซ Who This Is For
โThis gathering is for anyone who longs for more genuine connection. Itโs especially for people who sometimes struggle to connect, fit in, or feel like they truly belong; for those who appreciate a slower pace when getting to know others; and for anyone curious about moving beyond small talk, social performance, or the feeling that they need to say the โrightโ thing or show up in a certain way.
โRather than trying to โget connection right,โ weโll explore what naturally allows connection to emergeโthrough presence, play, movement, and authentic conversation.
โWhether you're outgoing, introverted, or somewhere in between, you'll be invited to participate at your own pace. No previous experience is needed: just come as you are.
โ๐ฅ Facilitator
โSimone Giacometti is a somatic practitioner, psychedelic integration guide, and facilitator passionate about helping people heal, grow, and connect more deeply with themselves and others.
โOriginally trained as a scientist, Simone spent years working at the intersection of biology, technology, and program management before transitioning into healing work. Today, he supports people through one-on-one sessions that weave together trauma-informed healing, somatic practices, inner exploration, and psychedelic integration work to help people reconnect with themselves and grow into greater authenticity.
โHis group facilitation draws on somatics, authentic relating, nervous system awareness, and play to create spaces where people can slow down, be themselves, and feel more at home with others. (This gathering is fully substance-free and centered on movement, conversation, and connection.)
