Group Coaching & Peer Support for Founders, Creators & Business Builders: Navigating Business, Overwhelm, Uncertainty & Relationships
Something I've come across again and again — in years of coaching founders, and in group coaching rooms is that resilience is relational. We tend to think of resilience as something you build alone. Grit your teeth, push through, figure it out. That's not what I've seen. The founders who navigate the hard stretches co-founder tension, overwhelm, decisions that won't resolve are usually the ones who let themselves be supported. I learned this as a founder myself. I've been supported through a lot: uncertainty, conflict, moments where I didn't know what to do next. And I've come to believe that knowing how to get support, and how to give it, is one of the most powerful leadership skills you can build. That's the intention of this hour. A space for founders and builders to get supported and to support each other in a facilitated room, with some real coaching. How it works Bring one real situation: a co-founder tension, a decision you keep reopening, the overwhelm itself. Get coached on it, offer reflection to others, or simply listen. All three are welcome. No names or confidential details needed. You leave with more clarity, real connection, and one next step. About me I'm Nima Imani — ICF-certified coach, founder of InsightsOut, and a former technology leader (EY, Neo4j). I coach founders through conflict, uncertainty, and hard decisions, and I'm a founder navigating many of these questions myself. Free for SF Common members. First-timers welcome to message me.
