Aliveness Circle (Vulnerability and Compassion)
"When we begin to acknowledge, validate, and care for the deepest, most vulnerable parts of our inner world, we unlock a fuller vitality by owning the whole of who we are." — Russo-Netzer
[[This Aliveness Circle will be co-hosted by Vivien and Gregg Berman, a Transformative Forest Bathing Guide and Intuitive Life Coach utilizing EFT Tapping]]
It's hard to be vulnerable. We're conditioned to perform, to stay positive, to appear like we have it together. We share the polished parts of ourselves... and the messy, raw, tender parts go into the shadow.
But I've found that the moment we allow ourselves to be truly seen — not the polished version, but the real, whole, fully human version — is one of the most alive experiences there is.
This Circle explores vulnerability and compassion as gateways to aliveness. We'll draw on self-compassion exercises such as EFT Tapping to meet our vulnerable parts with warmth rather than judgment.
The intention: we practice coming home to ourselves, in a safe, kind and supportive environment.
✨ THE ALIVENESS CIRCLE is a gathering for builders, leaders and changemakers who want to live with more alignment and aliveness. We explore aliveness through science and spiritual wisdom. At the heart of every Circle is deep connection, to oneself and others.
