3:00–3:30 — Small Group Breakouts
Go deeper in smaller groups and explore what's underneath your current career desires, questions, or uncertainty.
3:30–3:50 — Share Back & Collective Reflection
What surfaced? What surprised you? What are you noticing about what you actually want?
3:50–4:00 — Closing & Next Step
Identify one question or action you'll carry with you beyond the Circle.
