Inspired by the artwork of San Francisco's own Jim Campbell (the prolific artist behind Salesforce Tower), this workshop will walk you through connecting an ESP32 microcontroller to a 32x32 LED light matrix and diffuser. Then you'll learn how to wirelessly upload your own images, GIFs and custom light patterns. It's like having your own Salesforce Tower!
More importantly, you'll take home the panel you build, along with a platform for learning and experimenting with hardware and AI. You can enjoy the LED art panel as it is, or use it as a sandbox for your own art projects, design explorations and AI experiments.
The workshop is available at two price points. ALL proceeds will go to TIAT to support its ongoing workshops and the teachers who make them possible. Those who enroll at the higher price will receive an exclusive black printed circuit board as a token of thanks.
