Zero to Repeatable: Enterprise GTM for AI Startups
Every AI founder hits the same wall after the first few design partners. Can anyone else sell this? This session works through the answer: PMF signals, first sales hires, ramp and productivity metrics, comp design across PLG and enterprise, channel partners, and international expansion. Topics:
Topics:
Do you have product-market fit, or do you have three customers who like you?
Your first sales hire: who, when, and why most founders get it wrong.
The metrics that tell you a motion is repeatable, and the ones that just look good.
Channel partners: real leverage or a way to lose your customers.
Comp plans that survive both self-serve and six-month enterprise cycles.
Going international before you are ready, and what it actually costs. the title of the workshop should me: Zero to Repeatable: Enterprise GTM for AI Startups
The speaker:
Daisy Hoang is CRO at TinyFish. Prior to TinyFish, she was SVP of Revenue at Katalon, a category leader in software testing. There she led 80+ people in GTM, grew the customer base to 160+ countries, and put the company on the Inc. 5000 and Deloitte's Fast 500 multiple years running.
Her expertise is scaling the revenue engine from early product-market fit to aggressive market and vertical expansion, across multiple routes to market. At TinyFish she is solving the problem most AI founders hit right after their first few design partners: how to turn founder-led sales into a repeatable enterprise motion. She is building it for the agent era, where the SaaS playbook does not fully transfer and the new one is still being written.
The hosts:
TinyFish provides everything AI needs to use the web. Search the web, fetch clean markdown from any URL, run a real browser, and deploy agents. All from one API.
Photon brings agents to the interfaces millions already use. Their open-source framework Spectrum connects your agents to iMessage, Telegram, WhatsApp, X, Discord, Instagram and more.
One More Thing
If you build a real integration with TinyFish and it fits an enterprise already in our pipeline, we package it as a co-built bundle and take it in with us. We are not promising a closed deal. We are offering the door, and we'll be specific in the room about which doors we already have a hand on. We'll walk through a live example we built with Photon.
