​10-11.15am — "Same Deal, Different Lens" Stakeholder Roundtable Activity

​You'll be assigned a persona. For example, an impact VC, a startup founder, or a family office LP, and work through a live investment scenario from that vantage point, rotating across all three perspectives in small facilitated groups. It's designed to surface the tensions you've been studying and show how differently the same deal looks depending on where you sit.
