Our speakers
Abadesi Osunsade is Founder & CEO of Hustle Crew, a diversity-in-tech community providing inclusion education to employers. She’s also the author of “Dream Big Hustle Hard: The Millennial Woman’s Guide to Success in Tech” and co-host of the Techish podcast. Abadesi has been awarded accolades including Computer Weekly’s Most Influential Women in Tech, Financial Times list of Top 100 Influential Leaders in Tech and Tech Nation’s 50 most prominent and influential voices in Tech. Her work has been featured in TechCrunch, BBC, Forbes, Bloomberg and The Times.
Caitlin Rozario is on a mission to make work better. As the award-winning founder of interlude, she runs workshops and programmes that have helped companies like Visa and global communities like Sophia Amoruso’s Business Class create more sustainable high performance, so people can do remarkable things without the personal price tags of chronic stress, burnout and overwhelm.
Caitlin is a TEDx speaker, and has shared her ideas at conferences like WORKTECH and Earthfest. Her insights have been featured in publications like Startups Magazine and Workplace Wellbeing Professional.
Inspired by her own experience overcoming a life-changing health challenge, Caitlin is determined to change workplace culture for the better – one workshop, team, and conversation at a time.
Christina Lewis has spent over a decade on the front lines of scaling some of the world's fastest-growing tech companies, including senior leadership roles at Deliveroo and Bolt. Christina has held roles leading both Global Operations and advising Exec teams on how to retain and develop more women in the technology industry. A Cambridge-certified coach and founder of Herizon, Chrissie is a renowned expert in women in tech, retention, emotional intelligence, and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
