The easy way to get your 1:1 time in—no scheduling back and forth required.
We've set aside six standing office hour sessions that you and your mentor can use for your required 1:1 meetings. Instead of trying to coordinate calendars, simply choose one of the times below and invite your mentor to join you.
How it works:
Choose one of the office hour times below that works for you.
Send your mentor this link and ask if they're available to join that session.
Once your mentor confirms, both of you join using the same link at the scheduled time.
We'll kick things off with a quick 5-minute welcome, icebreaker, and conversation prompt.
Then, each mentor pair will be moved into a private breakout room for your normal 1:1 conversation.
These sessions are optional but highly encouraged if scheduling has been a challenge. You're still welcome to meet with your mentor outside of these office hours.
A few reminders:
Please confirm with your mentor before joining. These sessions depend on your mentor's availability—they won't automatically be attending.
You'll still submit your meeting form and key takeaways afterward, just as you would for any other mentor meeting.
A 30-minute meeting counts as ½ session, and a full hour counts as 1 full session toward your program requirements.
