Heat Pump Party: Clean Energy Canada x Sarah Grant, Goldfinch Energy
Clean Energy Canada is kicking off its "Heat Pump Summer" challenge with an informal heat pump hangout on June 4, 2026. Hosted in a local home, this is a chance to see the technology up close, hear firsthand experiences, and ask questions in a relaxed, no-pressure setting.
The evening will be co-hosted by homeowner Sarah Grant, founder of Goldfinch Energy—a division of non-profit Building Up—dedicated to helping Canadians reduce their homes’ reliance on fossil fuels. Based in East Toronto, Sarah is a certified energy advisor with degrees in engineering and computer science, over 800 completed energy audits, and certifications in HRAI’s Residential Heat Loss/Gain Calculations and Integrated Design Process facilitation.
Whether you’re just starting to explore your options or seriously considering a switch, come by to learn what heat pumps are really like—from costs and comfort to installation and incentives.
