Melissa Gallagher is the Founder & CEO at Alma Care, she is a Mother and devoted champion for reshaping the postpartum experience in Canada. As longtime advocate for women's health and wellness, Melissa quickly identified a gap after having her first child - recognizing that a one-size-fits-all approach to postpartum care falls short in ensuring women's comprehensive recovery. Melissa is an established leader in the wellness space, with a track record for building and accelerating high growth brands. Her passion for innovation and constant improvement has extended to building Alma Care, a platform for women and families to thrive.
Raphael Rajan is the Co-Founder & CEO of EZee Assist, an AI-powered support platform purpose-built for franchising systems, helping streamline knowledge sharing and operations across locations. With an Industrial Engineering background and an MBA from the University of Toronto, Raphael brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise and brand strategy, business-technology transformation, and process reengineering. He is dedicated to helping franchisors and franchisees collaborate more effectively through innovative AI tools.
