About Event

Curious about how open technology protocols can support ecological regeneration? Are you stewarding an ecological regeneration project? Writing grant applications and wondering what works? This one is for you.

Ma Earth is one of the most exciting collective funding platforms in the regenerative space, with two quadratic Funding rounds behind them and a third launching this summer. Their first two rounds moved more than $360K to projects spanning heritage seed saving in New Zealand, agroforestry in the Amazon, wetland restoration in Peru, and dozens more. 🌱

Sophia Rokhlin, who leads community and partnerships at Ma Earth joins us to share the story behind the platform. What funding ecological regeneration takes, and the cultural shifts they've been watching across grassroots conservation, philanthropy, and decentralized technology for funding and reporting on ecological projects.

Ken Beckers, a core developer at Ma Earth, will then walk us through the technical setup. How Ma Earth has built things, and how AT Protocol and Certified fits into a wider toolkit for funding regeneration.
