Transcend Turns One at Pacific Place: Sustainable Fashion Anniversary Party
Transcend turns one at Pacific Place. Come celebrate a year of one-of-one, small batch sustainable fashion in downtown Seattle.
One year ago Transcend opened its first store at Pacific Place, bringing circular fashion made from reclaimed textiles and natural fibers to the heart of downtown Seattle. On Saturday, November 21, we are throwing open the doors for an evening that is part anniversary party, part holiday gathering, and entirely a thank you to the customers, partners, makers and neighbors who carried us through year one.
What to expect
A look back at the year: the pieces, the people and the numbers behind Transcend's first year at Pacific Place, including our Seattle textile recovery program and the new SeaTac Airport store
Meet the makers: the Seattle production team behind our custom, alteration and upcycling studio, and the story of the hand-embellished vintage sari gown that walked the Emmys red carpet in September
Holiday shopping with an anniversary thank-you for guests. $25 off your purchase of $100 or more, gifts with purchase.
Reclaimed textile wall: touch the vintage saris, suzani embroidery, kantha quilts and deadstock natural fibers that become Transcend pieces
Drinks and small bites
A short toast at 6:30 PM
Who this is for
Anyone who cares about where their clothes come from. Longtime Transcend customers, Seattle's sustainable and slow fashion community, design students and makers, visitors staying downtown for the holiday weekend, and the partners, funders and friends who supported us this year. Bring a friend who has not discovered us yet.
About Transcend
Transcend is a Seattle circular fashion brand and studio. We make one-of-one and small batch clothing from reclaimed textiles and natural fibers, artisan made in India, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan and Seattle, and we run a repair, alteration and upcycling atelier so the pieces you already own keep living. Founder Nazia Siddiqui is a 2026 Tory Burch Foundation Fellow, and Transcend's Seattle textile recovery program is supported by Seattle Public Utilities. A Seattle Restored alumni, Transcend is located at Pacific Place (600 Pine St, Suite C10) and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
