About Event

A working session for mission-driven leaders who chose the harder path.

The market for climate and sustainability claims is shifting fast. The EU is banning generic green claims by September 2026. Investors are asking harder questions. Customers are more skeptical. And the founders who built their companies around mission are wondering: does leading with purpose still work as a business strategy?

We'll start with Climate Fresk - playing a collaborative game mapping the climate system grounded in IPCC science. Then we'll turn that shared understanding into a peer working session, stress-testing your company's public claims, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

You'll leave with a grounded understanding of the science behind your mission, honest peer feedback on where your story is strong and where it's thin, and one specific commitment to strengthen your climate narrative.

40 seats. Chatham House rules. Two per company max.

Key questions we will explore

  • How do you sell climate solutions when the market is pulling back on sustainability language?"

  • Is leading with mission still a competitive advantage, or has it become a liability?

  • How do you make your climate story hold up under scrutiny — from customers, investors, and regulators?

This session is for founders, CEOs, and sustainability leads at certified or mission-driven companies. You arrive ready to be challenged. You leave with a defensible moat, not just hugs.
