Join Sunstone Stage Connects for an afternoon with Kinforce Technologies and Aboard, two startups rebuilding different layers of the vehicle. Kinforce is reimagining how vehicles brake and move, while Aboard is turning the traditional travel trailer into an automotive-grade mobile energy and living platform.
Together, they offer a look at what happens when we stop improving the old vehicle architecture—and start building the next one.

Founder & CEO, Kinforce Technologies
Kinforce Technologies is developing an Electro-Mechanical Brake (EMB) system for electric and autonomous vehicles, replacing traditional hydraulic braking with fully electronic control. Its technology is designed to make braking faster, lighter, more precise, and lower cost, with an MVP already installed on a demo vehicle. Kinforce has passed a technical review with Harbinger Motors, signed an MOU with Nextem E-mobility, and entered demonstrations with Ford EV and Rivian.
Founder & CEO, Aboard
Aboard is building a new generation of hybrid-electric travel trailers that brings mobility, energy, and modern living into one platform. Its first product combines a 40-kWh battery, range extender, electric drive, and fully by-wire controls for extended off-grid use and future autonomous mobility. Aboard has already generated more than 3,000 qualified leads and approximately $20 million in commercial pre-orders, with a platform that could eventually expand into mobile energy, medical, disaster-relief, and autonomous applications.
