Building at the intersection of finance and technology, Aaron scaled a six-figure business before his 20s and has since developed data prototypes for private capital. Featured in The Voice Magazine, Aaron will share how founders can use AI and micro personal branding to compound leverage - turning credibility into scalable infrastructure.
Fenton Cayless – Founder of CameThru, a next-generation event-tech redefining how audiences connect in real time. With over a decade leading enterprise IT infrastructure projects for multi-million-pound clients, Fenton built and launched CameThru from concept to live deployment in just two months—using AI to automate what once required full engineering teams. His work sits at the frontier of accessibility and innovation, showing how technology can collapse the gap between idea and impact.
Moderated by Ben (Rookie Hustler) – Formerly with HSBC’s startup and scale-up division, Ben worked alongside some of the UK’s fastest-growing founders before reigniting his own entrepreneurial path. He now leads creative strategy at MARCA Media in Manchester while building Rookie Hustler, a fast-growing personal brand and podcast platform spotlighting next-generation entrepreneurs. Known for his energy and sharp questioning, Ben will guide the conversation with insight and practical takeaways founders can act on immediately.
