MeV Sangam: Mumbai

​This November, Mumbai is where both ecosystems land at once - Solana Summit India and Devcon back to back. For one night in BKC, we're putting the two crowds in the same room.

​The two roadmaps now answer each other. Solana shipped Alpenglow, with finality near 200ms, and preconfs are live. New block engines, like jito, harmonic, bifrost and titan builder, keep arriving and capabilities like market-tick matching landing, orderflow games already in play. On another side Ethereum's Strawmap targets a 200M gas floor, ePBS, and slots cut from 12s to 8s. FOCIL and Constellation chase the same inclusion goal. And "protected" orderflow still gets sandwiched on four of six chains.

​So who wins the latency race? Does enshrined block building end the builder moat, or lock it in?
