About Event

Did you know you can calm your nervous system through the simple act of drawing a few lines on paper?

Drawing is a wonderful outlet for creative expression that anyone can learn, and it’s also a highly effective self-care tool. The best part? You don't need to be an artist or create a masterpiece to enjoy these benefits.

In this 90-minute virtual workshop, you'll learn three simple drawing exercises designed to help you calm your nervous system, process your feelings, and reconnect with joy.

You’ll walk away with a toolkit of fun and practical exercises that you can use whenever you need a wellness reset.

Limited to 30 participants to keep the experience intimate and interactive.

What to Bring

No art experience or special supplies are required. Just bring some paper, a pen for drawing, and your curiosity. Optional, if you want to add color: crayons, markers, or colored pencils.

Pricing

To make this workshop more widely accessible, registration is offered on a sliding scale with three ticket options. Choose the price that works for your budget. All registrants receive the same experience, and all are welcome!

Can't Make It Live?

All registrants will receive the recording, but you'll get the most value from being there live. This workshop is designed as an interactive experience where we create together in real time.

About the Host

Alyson Wagner has been making art since she learned how to hold a crayon, but it wasn't until last year, when she created her first neurographic drawing, that she realized art is a powerful tool for self-care. Now she's on a mission to help others discover what creativity can do for their wellbeing. She's also the author of Snail Steps, a newsletter exploring how to create a meaningful life one step at a time.
