Join us for a conversation with Shanyah Griffith-Rumph, founder of Buttermee Pancakes, who transformed a grad school creative outlet into a fast-casual brunch brand that serves thousands and earned #1 food at NJ.com's Jersey Shore food festival—all in one summer.
Shanyah will share her journey of building a brand, pivoting based on customer demand, and scaling with purpose—from first expo to regional recognition. She'll share her experiences navigating the challenges and triumphs of launching and growing a food business, offering valuable lessons for aspiring and established entrepreneurs and brand-builders alike.
