Not Everything Is Important: How to Set Priorities That Fit You

Hosted by Madeline Davis Tully, High-Performance Leadership Coach and Founder of MDT Leadership.

In a world full of competing priorities, it’s easy for what truly matters to get lost—especially for high-performing women.  This peer-led workshop helps you cut through the noise by clarifying your core values and using them as a simple filter for setting priorities at work and in life.

Attendees can expect to:

  • Identify their core values by reflecting on moments of joy and frustration

  • Learn a practical framework for prioritizing without adding more to their plate

  • Walk away with clearer decision-making and less overwhelm

About the Host: Madeline Davis Tully is a certified high-performance leadership coach and founder of MDT Leadership. She works with high-achieving, mid-career professionals to develop the clarity, skills, and confidence to lead, and live, at the next level. Drawing on nearly two decades in elite environments as a Division I national champion rower and collegiate head coach, Madeline helps clients define what truly matters, better leverage their strengths, and identify the patterns that get in their way, building simple systems that protect time and energy, support sustainable success, and leave room for joy in both work and life.

About She Knows Her Stuff - The SKHS Series:
