What will we do on the day?
You’ll unlock the manufacturing world, for the first time.
Think: Water bottle factory (think about the equivalent and more of Stanley cups, or finger-print enabled flasks)
From mold design and injection, to quality checks, to packaging and shipping.You’ll see the real capabilities and constraints of a source factory, and - more importantly- start to understand the end-to-end logic of taking a physical product from 0 to 1, instead of just seeing the “back-end execution” from a big-company role.

You’re not here for a quick photo and a bus ride home. You’ll sit down with the in-charge, no-BS conversation about how they built the business, where they’re stuck (e.g. marketing, digitalisation, management, HR), and where they see room to grow.
You can ask anything—there are no “stupid questions” - and you’re welcome to throw out your own ideas, just like the 2nd gen factory owners who come back from big companies and start upgrading the family business with new thinking.
