Place of Power Workshop 💃🏻
“Place of Power” is an immersive workshop dedicated to exploring the inner and outer spaces that give us strength. Each of us has such a place: it can be a home, a feeling, a memory, a person, or something intangible. It can be physical or ephemeral, but it always exists as a source we can return to in order to restore and recharge.
This workshop is about discovering, sensing, and transforming that place into lived experience and artistic form.
We begin with a guided meditation to quiet the mind and tune into inner perception.
Then we move into a Jungian 16 associations exercise
Afterwards, we enter a somatic movement practice, a body-based exploration of sensation, rhythm, and emotional release.
Finally, each participant expresses their inner experience into a painting, creating a visual map of their personal “place of power.”
