Her Tech Community Launch Gathering

​Join us for the launch of a new Women in Tech community designed to create meaningful connection, shared learning, and a space where your voice directly shapes what we build together.

​This first gathering blends open networking with small‑group pod conversations (five women per table) each guided by a facilitator to spark honest dialogue and uncover what women in tech truly need right now. Each pod will explore guided questions about your challenges, goals, and the kinds of support, events, and resources that would make this community genuinely valuable.

​Together, we’ll dive into:

• ​What support women in tech are craving today

• ​The biggest challenges you’re navigating in your career

• ​What makes a community feel safe, energizing, and worth returning to

• ​Event formats and experiences that would help you grow

• ​Barriers that make it hard to participate and how we can remove them

• ​How you might want to contribute or get involved as the group evolves

​This is a chance to meet other women across roles and career stages, share your experiences, and help co‑create a community built with intention, care, and your real needs at the center.

Before the event, you’ll have the option to take a quick 2–3 minute, 10-question quiz from Chance AI, a mobile app currently in development by Elizabeth Shim. The quiz is designed to help you identify 1–2 attendees with whom you might have strong alignment. Before the event, you’ll receive your suggested match(es). There’s no pressure to participate, no public matching, and no forced icebreakers.
