SDR Leaders of EMEA Hack Night - Dublin Powered by Replit + Clay
SDR leadership is full of friction. Bad tooling, broken processes, repetitive tasks that drain your team's time and kill momentum.
Most people complain about it. We're doing something else.
On 5th May SDR Leaders of EMEA is hosting its first-ever Hack Night in Dublin: an evening where SDR and GTM leaders come together to build real solutions to real problems they're facing right now.
No dev background needed. No "technical" barrier to entry.
Two teams. Two tools. One night.
One team will build with Replit. The other with Clay. You'll decide on the day which problem you're tackling and which tool you'll use to solve it - so come with a problem in mind and your laptop in hand.
With AI doing the heavy lifting, you'll go from idea → workflow → working prototype in a matter of hours.
How it works
You bring a problem that's been driving you mad. We turn it into something real.
In just 3 hours, you'll define the problem, team up with other operators, build a working prototype, and demo it live to the room. Then the community votes. Best build wins.
What to expect
No panels. No slide decks. No death by PowerPoint.
Just a room full of SDR and GTM leaders who are done talking about problems and ready to ship solutions.
Agenda: 18:00 — Doors open, drinks in hand
18:30 — Problem pitches (60 seconds: what's broken?)
18:45 — Teams form around Replit or Clay, hacking begins
20:15 — Final polish sprint
20:30 — Live demos + community vote
20:45 — Winner crowned, drinks flow, connections made
Who this is for
Heads of SDR/BDR, SDR Managers and Directors, GTM and Revenue leaders responsible for pipeline and performance - and anyone with a problem that's been sitting on their list for far too long.
Spots are intentionally limited to keep teams small and energy high. Register below and we'll get your spot locked in.
Big thanks to Roamr for supporting the evening.
