​This International Women’s Day, we are moving beyond speeches to real action. The journey for a mother transitioning or advancing her career in tech in Nigeria is not easy. Balancing tech jobs, family, and infrastructure challenges are a constant challenge but a single opportunity can change her entire trajectory.
