Personal AI Workflows for Real Life
Teach AI your context and your method once. Leave with one workflow you'll actually use this week.
A two-hour, hands-on workshop in Singapore for anyone whose life admin keeps spilling over. No coding, no setup: if you've used ChatGPT once, you're ready.
In the workshop: two hours, mostly hands-on
Why AI keeps giving you generic answers, and the two things it needs from you: your context and your method.
Build your own workflow for one real task, with one-to-one help. AI does most of the writing.
Test it on a real example, fix what's off, and save it so it works every week without re-explaining.
What you'll leave with
A project that holds your context
One skill you can call by name
Both tested on a real input and revised once
12 starter workflows, each already split into a project block and a skill block
The two-block template, a safety checklist and a scorecard
Slides shared afterwards, and access to the alumni group chat
What to bring
Laptop and charger
A Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini account
One recurring admin task you'd like help with
From the June workshop
“It helped me think of ways to use AI to smoothen my personal life, not just my work life.” — Workshop 1 participant
“Well-paced even for people like me who have used AI but aren't optimising it yet. Loved the examples. An efficient session — and appropriate for busy parents.” — Elysia, busy parent
One participant built a weekly IGCSE study guide for her daughter during the workshop. Another built an interactive weekly meal planner with grocery and prep tabs.
What's a skill?
A saved way of doing one task: your rules, the format you want back and the checks before the answer. You call it by name in any chat instead of re-typing your instructions.
Does this set up automation?
No. You stay in the chat: you paste the input in and decide what to do with the result. There's no calendar, messaging, spreadsheet or background integration. AI that runs jobs on its own is where this is heading, and we look at it briefly at the end.
